These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between gx777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the gx777 platform at gx777.org or any associated mobile-optimised interface.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or placing any wager — whether on a sports betting market, casino game, or any other product offered by gx777 — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates by reference gx777's Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform.

gx777 operates under international gaming licensing standards and complies with the compliance frameworks applicable to the jurisdictions in which it is licensed to operate. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal, financial, or taxation advice. To register and maintain an account on gx777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active gx777 account.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to register accounts on gx777.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.

• You must not be self-excluded from gx777 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your account's active period.
• You must not be registering on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party. Each account must represent a single, genuine individual player.

Age verification is conducted as a standard part of the gx777 account activation process. Players may be required to submit a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other recognised identification document. gx777 reserves the right to restrict account functionality pending completion of age verification. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all wagers placed will be voided, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on gx777. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gx777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you and governed by this Agreement, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you personally or by another party who accessed your account with or without your knowledge.
• You must notify gx777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• gx777 implements device recognition and OTP verification for new device logins as part of its account security framework. You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current in your account settings.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. gx777 will notify the account holder prior to any action being taken in respect of a dormant account balance.

All financial transactions on gx777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gx777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and GrabPay. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at gx777's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits originating from third-party sources will be returned to the originating payment method and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. gx777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal, and in particular for withdrawals exceeding thresholds established under our compliance framework.
• Processing times for withdrawals are indicative only: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within one to four hours; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically process within up to 24 hours. These timeframes may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• gx777 does not charge withdrawal fees as a standard practice. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gx777 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds held in your gx777 PKR wallet do not accrue interest.

All bets placed on gx777 — whether on sports markets including cricket, PSL, and other events, or on casino products including live dealer tables and slot games — are subject to this Agreement and to the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the gx777 platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific product, and this Agreement shall prevail in all other respects.

• A bet is considered accepted and binding only once gx777's system has confirmed acceptance and the wager amount has been deducted from your PKR wallet balance.
• gx777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed in breach of these Terms.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time in response to events occurring within the relevant match or event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted.
• Casino games on gx777 operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available in the information section of each title.
• In the event of a technical fault, server interruption, or communications failure during the course of a live casino game or sports bet, gx777 will apply fair resolution procedures consistent with the applicable product rules. gx777's determination shall be final in all such cases.
• Winnings generated from a free-spin award, bonus credit, or any other non-cash promotional instrument are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds.

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game categories, and time limits — are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your gx777 wallet. Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses not met within the stated timeframe will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• gx777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to complete any associated wagering requirements prior to cancellation.
• Any player found to be abusing the gx777 promotional system — including through multi-accounting, bonus hunting, or patterns of play designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement — will have all associated bonuses cancelled, and their account may be suspended pending review.
• Loyalty points earned through the gx777 Loyalty Program are subject to the Loyalty Program terms published on the Loyalty Program page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gx777 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant financial intelligence, law enforcement, or gaming regulatory authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one gx777 account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the gx777 platform, including for purposes of placing bets, exploiting odds discrepancies, or artificially manipulating game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, or using gx777 as a vehicle for moving funds of criminal origin.

• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the gx777 platform to obtain funds, credits, or any other benefit not legitimately won. Any such benefit obtained through exploitation must be returned in full.

• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward gx777 support staff or other platform users.

All content on the gx777 platform — including but not limited to the gx777 brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, game graphics, text, data compilations, odds, statistical data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gx777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gx777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the gx777 platform without prior written authorisation from gx777.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or application forming part of the gx777 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gx777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, communications interruptions, or any other platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Errors in odds, pricing, or game outcome data caused by data feed failures from third-party providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on information, statistics, or data presented on the gx777 platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the gx777 platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and foreseeable outcome of gaming activity.

gx777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gaming can become problematic. gx777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the account settings dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your gx777 PKR wallet. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the gx777 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting gx777 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your PKR wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• gx777 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, that your account presents a fraud, money laundering, or compliance risk, or that continued operation of your account would expose gx777 to legal or regulatory liability.
• In the event of account closure by gx777 for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, pending free-spin awards, and loyalty points accumulated in your account will be forfeit. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with our compliance obligations.
• Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

gx777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the gx777 platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the gx777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including disputes relating to individual bet settlements, account closures, or payment matters — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gx777 holds its international gaming licence.

• In the first instance, disputes should be submitted to gx777's customer support team for internal resolution. gx777 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
• If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by gx777's licensing authority.
• gx777's settlement of any individual bet or game outcome, where based on a review of the relevant data and applicable product rules, shall be final and binding unless demonstrably erroneous.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
